Premium Yachts Latvia
Founded in 2006, Premium Yachts is one of the leading yacht brokers in the region. The founder and CEO is Andris Zeiza, a Latvian citizen and a resident of Riga.
Andris's father, Juris Zeiza, a sailing and powerboating enthusiast, brought Andris to Latvijas Jahta (Riga Yacht Club) in childhood. Since then Andris and the sea have been inseparable.
Today Premium Yachts is active in the sailing and motor yacht market working with sales and maintenance. The company is the official distributor of X-Yachts (Denmark, sailing yachts), Dragonfly (Denmark, high-speed trimarans), Sirena Yachts (Turkey, motor yachts).
A client has to solve a number of administrative, legal and technical issues on a way of buying and using a yacht. In order to address these challenges, Premium Yachts provides a full spectrum of services, including supervision during construction and refit, registration, crew management, customs and port assistance, shipping all over the world.
Two years ago the company opened an office in Alicante, Spain, in cooperation with 360a3 Yachts S.L. Our partners are a professional team with over 30 years of market experience. We can carry out high quality refit or maintenance works thanks to our technicians’ vast professional knowledge.

Founded in 1967, Dragonfly is a Danish shipyard that manufactures comfortable sailing high-speed trimarans with a very shallow draft. They are easy to handle and do not require a large crew. Also, it’s easy to berth in marinas thanks to the folding hulls. Dragonfly delights sailors who like short and fast journeys. These yachts are very capable of winning regattas and suitable for overnight trips as it’s easy to explore bays that are unreachable for regular keel boats.
Based in Turkey, Sirena Marine builds yachts designed for long voyages. They are properly equipped and certified for unrestricted navigation. The shipyard works with the leading design studios, such as Cor D. Rover, Tommaso Spadolini, Frers Naval Architecture & Engineering, etc. The hulls are designed by Wolfson Unit from Southampton university in the UK. Yachts from Sirena Marine are distinguished by excellent hydrodynamics, which, in combination with the vertical bow, allows them to achieve high speeds with significant fuel efficiency. These boats represent the perfect balance between form and content.
In 2020, X-Yachts launched a new business that is focused on motor boats. The Danish shipyard’s new venture was marked by the launch of the first model X-Power 33C christened Red Baron, a tribute to the famous pilot. The X-Power 33C is based on the same principles of X-Yachts’ sailing models. Speed and safety on the water are combined with the pleasure of driving and owning the boat. At sea trials the X-Power 33C showed excellent stability and comfortable ride.
